*Mango Chutney*
*Mango Chutney* is an impressive dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 4 minutes. Made with . mangos (about 26 large mangos, or about 12 cups), chopped or put through grinder course, . brown sugar, pt. vinegar, c. water and c. ginger, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Combine vinegar, water, salt and sugar in a large pot and bring to a boil.
Add onions, raisins, garlic and ginger and bring to a boil again.
Add mangos and chili peppers and bring to a boil.
Cook for 20-30 minutes until mangos look clear or glassy. Gently stir mixture occasionally to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pot.
Remove from heat, place mixture in hot sterilized jars and seal immediately.
