Low-Fat Pie Crust
Low-Fat Pie Crust is an easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. canola oil, divided, 2 1/2 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. vinegar and 1/4 c. plus 1 tbsp. 2% milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix half of oil with dry ingredients until it resembles cornmeal.
Add rest of oil and mix until size of peas.
Add vinegar and milk and mix into dough.
Roll out between two pieces of waxed paper.
Makes two pie shells.
Bake in preheated 450Β° oven for 12 to 14 minutes.
