Low-Fat Hamburgers
Low-Fat Hamburgers is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. ground turkey, 1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef, 1/4 c. fine bread crumbs or matzo meal, 1/4 c. grated or finely chopped onion and 1 egg white, beaten with 2 tbsp. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat grill or broiler.
In a large bowl, combine meats, bread crumbs, onion, egg white and seasonings.
Form into 4 patties.
Grill over charcoal or broil in oven for approximately 3 minutes on each side or to taste.
