Low-Fat Bran Muffins
Low-Fat Bran Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 2 c. 100% bran cereal, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon in a large bowl.
Mix cereal, sugar and milk in another bowl; let stand for 5 minutes.
Stir in egg and applesauce (add banana here if using it).
Add to flour mixture, stir until just moistened.
Spoon batter into muffin pan sprayed with Pam.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 400Β°.
