Jim's Barbecued Shrimp
Jim'S Barbecued Shrimp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled, 2 tbsp. butter, 3 tsp. lemon juice, 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce and 2 tsp. heinz barbecue sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Put butter in shallow pan, about 7 x 9-inch.
Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, barbecue sauce, and Tabasco; heat until butter is melted and mixture covers bottom of pan.
Place shrimp in pan, adding garlic salt and lots of black pepper.
Place in oven under broiler and broil for 10 to 12 minutes actual broiling time.
Shrimp should be basted at least twice, with basting time not counted.
Keep warm and serve with toothpicks or on pieces of French bread.
