Jamaican Steak
Jamaican Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. lime juice (fresh is best, about 3 limes), 1 tsp. grated lime peel, 1/4 c. salad oil, 1/4 c. honey and 2 tbsp. prepared mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In a small bowl whisk together all ingredients except steak and lime wedges.
Score steak across top or pierce top of steak with a fork.
Place in a shallow glass baking dish and pour lime juice mixture over the steak; turn to coat both sides. Refrigerate 6 to 8 hours to "marry" the flavors, turning occasionally.
Remove steak from marinade and grill 5 or 6 minutes on each side or to desired doneness.
Slice thinly on the diagonal; serve with lime wedges.
