Italian Omelet
Italian Omelet is an moderately easy Italian breakfast dish you can prepare in about 1 hour 2 minutes. Made with potatoes, cut in slices, eggs, well beaten, c. grated italian cheese, of basil leaves and italian salami, cut in small pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Fry potatoes in a little oil until tender.
Stir constantly. Add eggs, cheese and Italian salami, beaten together.
Do not stir. (Let form as a pie, about 5 minutes on low fire).
Turn and cook on other side about 5 minutes.
Turn onto plate as pie.
