Hot German Potato Salad Fondue is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. bacon, 3/4 c. thinly sliced celery, 1/2 c. green onion, chopped, 1 1/2 tbsp. flour and 3/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown bacon and then remove from pan and drain.
Add celery and onion to drippings.
Cook until onion is limp.
Stir in remaining ingredients except potatoes, parsley and bacon.
Cook until thickened.
Stir constantly.
Fold in potatoes, parsley and bacon.
Cover and heat.
Serves 6.
