Homemade Chili
Homemade Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. oil, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 medium pepper, cut fine, 2 lb. hamburger and 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook chopped onion and pepper in oil until tender and browned. Add meat and cook until well done.
Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, tomato sauce and tomatoes; cook about 20 minutes. Add chili powder and cook an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
Set aside and let cool; drain off fat and liquid from top of chili. Reheat when ready to be eaten alone, with beans or with hot dogs.
