Heavenly Cheesecake
Heavenly Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs, 6 eggs, separated, 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 3/4 c. sugar and 1/2 pt. light cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Grease a 9-inch spring-form pan well with margarine.
Line with graham cracker crumbs, pressing onto bottom and sides of pan with a teaspoon.
Let set in refrigerator.
With electric mixer, beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.
Beat egg yolks until lemon colored.
In large bowl of electric mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar until blended.
Add beaten egg yolks, light cream, vanilla and lemon rind to creamed mixture.
Beat until blended. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour into crumb lined pan. Bake at 300Β° for 1 hour and 40 minutes.
Let cool in oven for 1 hour.
Remove; cool in refrigerator.
