Guacamole Dip
Guacamole Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 ripe avocados, minced onion to taste, tabasco, salt and pepper to taste and minced garlic to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Mash avocados well. Add onion, salt, pepper and Tabasco (a few dashes). Seed and squeeze excess juice out of the tomato and add it and the garlic. Mix well and squeeze at least a teaspoon lemon over the dip and blend again. Do not use mayonnaise in this recipe. It complicates the natural flavor. Also, if not enough salt is used, it will be bland.
