Green Pepper Steak
Green Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb round steak, cut into thin strips, 1/4 c soy sauce, 1 clove garlic, minced, 1 tsp ginger and 1/4 c olive or canola oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Combine soy sauce, garlic and ginger.
Add beef, toss and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
Heat oil, add beef and toss over high heat until cooked to desired doneness.
