Granola is an impressive breakfast dish you can prepare in about 1 hour. Made with c. whole wheat flour, c. rye flour, c. yellow cornmeal, c. soy flour and c. wheat germ, toasted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Stir flours together.
Toast in heavy frying pan (no oil is needed) until well browned. Do not burn.
