Granola
Granola is an impressive breakfast dish you can prepare in about 1 hour 10 minutes. Made with c. regular rolled oats, c. unsweetened coconut, c. wheat germ, c. slivered almonds or cashew pieces and c. sunflower seeds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine first 6 ingredients.
Mix orange juice, almond extract, salt and honey.
Pour over dry ingredients and toss together.
Crumble into shallow baking sheets in 3/4-inch layer. Bake 1 hour at 250Β°, stirring occasionally.
Add raisins after baking.
Makes 14 cups.
