Granola
Granola is an impressive breakfast dish you can prepare in about 1 hour 36 minutes. Made with c. oats, c. fresh coconut, c. pumpkin seeds, c. sunflower seeds and c. pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix first 4 ingredients.
Add sweet rice syrup, ice water and olive oil and mix.
Spread in deep, oblong baking dish, sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 225Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
Add pecans, walnuts and almonds.
Mix and continue to bake 1/2 hour longer.
Add raisins and chopped dates.
Mix and cool.
Store in Ziploc bags.
