Granola
Granola is an moderately easy breakfast dish you can prepare in about 1 hour 20 minutes. Made with c. rolled oats, c. unsweetened coconut, c. sunflower seeds, c. chopped nuts and large ripe bananas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl.
In blender, whiz bananas, dates and water.
Mix all ingredients well.
Spread on jelly roll pan 1/2-inch thick.
Bake at 200Β° for 90 minutes, stirring every 30 minutes until golden and almost dry.
Turn oven off and leave pans in oven to complete drying.
Store in airtight container.
Wheat germ, bran, sesame seed and raisins can be added.
