Grandma's Rivel Soup
Grandma'S Rivel Soup is an easy dinner. Made with 2 qt. milk, 1 c. flour, 1 egg, 1 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 to 3 tbsp. half and half, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Heat milk to boiling point.
Add salt.
To make rivels, rub egg and flour together, then add half and half.
These are best made by cutting through mixture with 2 forks.
When rivels are about the size of cherry stones, drop into hot milk.
Keep milk at boiling point for 3 to 5 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
