Frijole Cheese Soup

In a 1-quart saucepan, heat oil; add onions, pepper and garlic. Cook over medium flame until tender.
Add tomatoes with liquid, bacon and spices.
Stir; cook 5 minutes.
Add beans; increase heat to medium-high and cook until thoroughly heated.
Ladle into 2 bowls and top with mixed cheeses.
