Fried Rice
Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. bacon drippings, 1/2 c. green onions (and tops), 1 c. celery, diced, 1 (3 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained and 3 c. cooked rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat drippings in skillet. Add onions and celery. Cook until tender.
Add mushrooms, rice and soy sauce. Cook 10 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.
Stir in beaten egg and cook only until egg is done.
Add bacon and mix well. Extra soy sauce may be served with rice.
