French Onion Soup
French Onion Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 large onions, sliced, 1/4 c. margarine or butter, 1 tbsp. all-purpose flour, 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans condensed beef broth and 2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook onion in margarine in 4-quart pot over medium heat; stir occasionally until tender.
Sprinkle with flour.
Gradually stir in 1 can of broth.
Heat to boil, stirring constantly.
Add remaining broth, water and Worcestershire.
Heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes.
