French Onion Soup
French Onion Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 4 large onions, sliced thin, 10 beef bouillon cubes, 1/4 c. worcestershire sauce and 8 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Saute onions until golden in margarine.
Add water; bring to boil.
Add bouillon cubes and Worcestershire sauce.
Simmer 1/2 hour, or until ready to eat.
Add grated cheese just before putting in bowls.
In individual bowls, add croutons.
Put Mozzarella cheese over top in each bowl.
Melt cheese in microwave or oven.
