French Onion Soup
French Onion Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 med. onions, chopped, 1/4 c. margarine, 2 cans beef broth, 1/2 c. water and 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In saucepan cook onions in margarine until tender.
Add broth, water, worcestershire sauce.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer covered for 25 minutes.
Put bread into 4 oven proof bowls. Pour mixture over bread and sprinkle top of broth with mozzarella cheese.
Broil until cheese melts and is slightly brown. Serves 4.
