Florentine Salad
Florentine Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 oz. pkg. lemon gelatin, 1 c. hot water, 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, drained, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1 c. large curd cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
Thaw spinach in pot of hot water; drain.
Pour cold water over to avoid overcooking.
Just before gelatin sets, mix spinach, mayonnaise, cottage cheese, vinegar, celery and onion.
Pour into 9 x 9 x 2-inch Pyrex dish or mold and chill until set.
