Flank Roll-Up
Flank Roll-Up is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 1 1/2 lb. flank steak (pound on both sides), 1 small can mushrooms, 1 tsp. oleo, 1/4 c. water and 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Microwave 1 1/2 to 2 minutes mushrooms, oleo and onion.
Mix stuffing with water to moisten.
Combine 4 ounces tomato sauce, Worcestershire, salt and garlic powder.
Mix all mixtures together.
Spread down center of meat.
Roll to enclose mixture in meat.
Secure with toothpicks.
Place seam side down in glass baking dish.
Pour remaining 4 ounces tomato sauce over top. Microwave High 5 minutes, then Medium, 25 to 30 minutes.
