Fish Chowder
Fish Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. bacon or fat back, 2 medium onions, 3 c. boiling water, 2 to 3 large potatoes, diced and 1 lb. fish, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Fry bacon until crisp in soup pot.
Drain pork on paper towel. Fry onions in bacon grease.
Return bacon to pot; add water and potatoes.
Cook until potatoes are done.
Add milk and fish.
Cook until fish is tender.
Do not boil.
Serve piping hot.
