Filet De Atun(Tuna Steaks)
Filet De Atun(Tuna Steaks) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 tuna fillets (1 1/2 lb.), salt, pepper and dill, 3 tbsp. olive oil, 1 medium onion, sliced thin and 1/2 red pepper, sliced thin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Rub tuna steaks with salt, pepper and dill.
Heat olive oil in a heavy skillet and pan-fry tuna steaks over high heat, 3 minutes per side.
Remove tuna to baking dish and set aside.
Pour off oil in the skillet so that only 1 tablespoon remains.
Saute onion, peppers, parsley and remaining spices until they are just cooked. Pour sauce over tuna in baking dish and bake for 15 minutes at 350Β°.
Serve with fresh, chopped parsley and boiled new potatoes.
