Fiesta Guacamole Dip
Fiesta Guacamole Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (15 oz.) cans refried beans, 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies (not drained), 16 oz. sour cream, 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix and 3 ripe avocados, pitted and peeled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
In a small bowl, combine refried beans and chilies.
Spread on large serving plate.
Combine sour cream and taco seasoning. Spoon over bean mixture evenly.
In a small bowl mash avocados; stir in lime or lemon juice and salts.
Spoon evenly over sour cream.
Cover and chill several hours.
Just before serving, garnish with last 4 ingredients.
Serve with tortilla chips. Serves 15.
