Cordon Bleu Hamburgers
Cordon Bleu Hamburgers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 1/4 c. milk, 2 lb. ground beef, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 1/2 tsp. celery salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Soak bread crumbs in milk until softened.
Combine softened bread crumbs, meat, pepper, celery salt and egg.
Shape into 12 thin patties.
Place 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese on top of each of 6 of the patties.
Cover with remaining patties, gently pressing together edges of patties to seal ham and cheese inside. Broil.
