Cocktail Meat Balls
Cocktail Meat Balls is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 c. corn flake crumbs, 1/3 c. dried parsley flakes, 2 eggs and 2 tbsp. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Heat oven to 350°.
In large bowl, combine first 9 ingredients and blend well.
Form mixture into small balls, size of walnuts. Arrange balls in baking pan.
In medium saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar and lemon juice.
Cook over moderate heat (250°), stirring occasionally until mixture is smooth.
Save less than 1/2 of mixture to dip balls into for serving and pour the rest over meat balls.
Bake 30 minutes. Serve in a chafing dish with toothpicks.
Makes about 60 balls.
