Claypot Chicken Rice

Marinate chicken with soy, oyster sauce, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil.

Soak rice and mushrooms, then start the rice in a claypot with measured water.

Add chicken, sliced sausage, and mushrooms when the rice is partly cooked.

Cover and cook over low heat until the chicken is done and a crisp crust forms.

Drizzle seasoned soy over the pot and garnish with scallions.
