Chinese Winter Soup
Chinese Winter Soup is an moderately easy Chinese soup you can prepare in about 1 hour 30 minutes. Saute celery and mushrooms in butter until crisp-tender but not browned.
Add cabbage; saute for 3 minutes.
Dissolve bouillon cubes in water; add to vegetables.

Cook gently, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
