Chinese Fried Rice
Chinese Fried Rice is an impressive Chinese dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 12 minutes. Made with lean pork chop, c. minced ham, c. vegetable oil, medium onion, chopped and medium green pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cut pork in julienne strips and cook with ham in 2 tablespoons oil until brown.
Add onion, green pepper, parsley and garlic. Cook until tender.
Add remaining oil, salt, pepper, ginger and rice.
Stir lightly to mix.
Make a well in center of rice mixture, add eggs and cook until semi-solid.
Then stir into rice mixture while cooking over medium heat, 2 to 3 minutes.
