Chili Sauce
Chili Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 30 ripe tomatoes, 10 onions, 4 to 6 green peppers, 1 to 1 1/2 c. sugar and 5 tbsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Peel tomatoes by scalding in boiling water for 1 minute and then putting in cold water.
Cook tomatoes in 6-quart pot.
Add peppers and onions.
Simmer to cook down for about 2 hours.
Add remaining ingredients and boil for 30 minutes.
Prepare pint jars and canning lids as per manufacturer's instructions.
Place chili sauce in jars and seal.
Yields 6 to 7 pints.
