Chili Sauce
Chili Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 large ripe tomatoes, 2 large onions, 4 green peppers, 2 tbsp. salt and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Peel tomatoes and onions; remove seeds from peppers and chop them fine.
Stir all together and add salt, sugar, cinnamon, cloves and vinegar.
Cook slowly for 45 to 60 minutes or until thick, stirring occasionally.
Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
If desired, add 2 hot red peppers, seeded and chopped.
