Chili-Cheese Casserole
Chili-Cheese Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. (8 oz.) jack cheese, shredded, 2 c. (8 oz.) cheddar cheese, shredded, 2 (4 oz.) cans old el paso whole rinsed chilies, 2 eggs and 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Mix cheeses together.
Spray a 10 x 6 x 2-inch pan with Pam. Layer cheese, then chilies, then cheese.
Mix eggs, flour and milk.
Pour over mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Top casserole with salsa; bake another 10 minutes.
Let set for 5 minutes.
Serve with sour cream.
