Chili
Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 lb. ground beef, browned and drained, 2 tbsp. salt, 3/4 tbsp. pepper, 2 tbsp. chili powder and 2 tbsp. garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Drain meat, removing excess fat.
Put meat in roaster pan. Add seasonings to taste.
Cook onions in water; add to pan of meat.
Add tomato paste.
Drain beans and add to meat; mix well. Divide chili between two roaster pans.
Add enough water to make a medium texture of chili.
Not too thick, not too thin.
Heat oven to 350Β° and let simmer until piping hot, about 1 hour.
Serves 40.
