Chicken Vegetable Soup
Chicken Vegetable Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. fresh green beans, 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice, 1 (2 lb.) can tomatoes, 1 onion, chopped and 6 carrots, peeled and diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Cut beans in small pieces; toss with lemon juice and steam until tender.
Combine tomatoes, onion, carrots, celery and pepper in stockpot.
