Chicken Pot Pie
Chicken Pot Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 chicken (large fryer), 3 c. potatoes, 2 c. carrots, sliced, 1 c. onions, chopped and 1 c. english peas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook chicken, debone and reserve broth.
Cut chicken in approximately 1-inch pieces.
Put in large pan the potatoes, carrots, onions, peas and celery; cook until tender.
Add 1 to 2 cups of broth and mix with cornstarch.
Mix vegetables and 3 cups of cooked chicken.
Pour broth, etc., over all and put in large baking dish.
With mixture hot and bubbling, put biscuits on top and bake at 400Β° for 15 to 25 minutes or until biscuits are done and browned.
