Chicken and Dumplings
Chicken And Dumplings is an easy dinner. Made with 5 lb. chicken, 4 eggs, 1/2 eggshell water and 2 c. self-rising flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Boil chicken in salted water.
Debone and keep broth.
Beat eggs and water.
Add flour.
Separate into two parts.
Knead part on floured board until springy.
Roll out and cut into thin strips.
Do same with the other half.
Drop into boiling chicken broth.
Turn down and simmer until dumplings sink to the bottom, stirring occasionally.
Add chicken and continue cooking for 10 minutes more.
