Chicken and Dumplings
Chicken And Dumplings is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large chicken, 2 1/2 c. self-rising flour, 1 stick margarine, 1/2 t. pepper and 7 tbsp. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Boil chicken; debone and cut into small pieces.
Mix flour, pepper and margarine.
Add milk; mix well.
Roll out thin.
Cut in strips.
Drop dumplings in the 2 quarts of boiling chicken broth. (I use a little more than 2 quarts.)
Cook 10 minutes uncovered and 5 minutes covered.
(Add salt and pepper to chicken while boiling.)
