Cheese Garlic Biscuits
Cheese Garlic Biscuits is an easy baked good you can prepare in just 26 minutes. Made with c. buttermilk baking mix (pioneer brand), c. milk, c. shredded cheddar cheese, c. melted butter or margarine and c. garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Preheat oven to 450Β°. Combine 2 cups buttermilk baking mix, 2/3 cup milk and 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese with a wooden spoon until soft dough forms. Beat vigorously 30 seconds. Drop dough by heaping tablespoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
Combine 1/2 cup butter or margarine and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Brush over warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet. Serve warm. Makes 10 to 12 biscuits.
