Carol's No-Fat Refried Beans
Carol'S No-Fat Refried Beans is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 or 2 (16 oz.) cans no-fat refried beans (rosarita is a good brand), 1 can each no salt added black beans and pinto beans, rinsed and drained, 1 large tomato, chopped, chopped onion to taste and 1 can diced green chilies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix all ingredients together. Store in refrigerator.
Serve 1/2 cup of this mixture over 1 corn tortilla. Cook 3 egg whites and serve over tortillas and beans.
