Cabbage Soup(Eastern Europe) is an moderately easy dinner. Combine all ingredients (except lemon juice, sugar and butter) in large soup pot filled with water and cook for 1 hour.
Then add lemon juice, sugar and butter.
Cook for another half hour, adding salt, sugar and lemon juice to taste.
Serve with dollop of sour cream.
