Broiled Or Grilled Turkey Steak is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. turkey breasts (1/2-inch thick), 1 tbsp. dijon mustard, 1 tsp. dried or 1 tbsp. minced fresh tarragon and freshly ground black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Blanch turkey in boiling water for 2 minutes.
Remove from water; pat dry.
Rub the steaks on all sides with mustard. Sprinkle on the tarragon and pepper.
Grill or broil 5 to 6 inches from the heat source, in middle of grill (high heat) until cooked through, about 5 to 10 minutes on each side.
Serve warm or slightly chilled.
