Breakfast Burritos
Breakfast Burritos is an moderately easy Mexican breakfast dish you can prepare in about 1 hour 22 minutes. Brown sausage in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Spoon into large bowl.
Brown hash brown potatoes with onion in large skillet, stirring frequently.
Add to sausage; mix well. Scramble eggs in skillet until done to taste, stirring frequently. Add to sausage mixture.
Add chopped green chiles, salt, pepper, salsa and shredded cheese.
Mix well.
Place 2 tablespoons mixture along one side of each tortilla; roll to enclose filling.
Serve with additional salsa.
