Blueberry Muffins
Blueberry Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. all-purpose flour, sifted, 1 c. blueberries, 2 tsp. baking powder, 4 tbsp. sugar and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Sprinkle 1/4 cup flour (taken from amount called for in recipe) blueberries.
Together remaining flour, baking powder, salt sugar. Beat egg one minute, add milk and melted butter.
Combine mixture egg mixture together and beat just long enough to hold together.
Fold in blueberries with spoon.
Bake in muffin pan (greased) 15 to 20 minutes at 425Β°.
Makes 12 muffins.
