Barbecued Brisket
Barbecued Brisket is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 lb. brisket, celery, garlic and onion salt, 3 oz. liquid smoke, salt and pepper and worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Generously sprinkle entire brisket with salt.
Pour liquid smoke over meat in cooking pan.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Before cooking, sprinkle with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Bake fat side up at 275Β° for 4 1/2 to 5 hours until very tender.
Remove meat from oven, pour on barbecue sauce and let cool in pan.
Slice when cold.
Wrap in foil and refrigerate until next day.
Reheat when ready to serve.
