Banana-Chocolate Chip Muffins
Banana-Chocolate Chip Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. canola oil, 2 tbsp. honey, 2 eggs, 3 very ripe bananas, mashed and 1 1/2 c. unbleached white flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Combine oil, honey and eggs.
Beat in bananas; set aside.
In small bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt.
Add oats.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Add to banana mixture, stirring just until moistened.
Line muffin cups with paper baking cups or spray with nonstick spray.
Fill 2/3 full.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 18 muffins.
