Baked Vidalia Onions
Baked Vidalia Onions is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 vidalia onions, 1/2 stick margarine, 4 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, 2 tsp. ground cumin and 4 tsp. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
With a sharp knife, cut out a 1 x 3/4-inch cavity in the top of each onion, saving scraps.
Sprinkle each with salt and pepper. Mix butter, Worcestershire sauce, cumin and brown sugar.
Divide among cavities of the onions.
Arrange onions in baking dish. Add broth, wine and reserved scraps.
