Armenian Pilaf
Armenian Pilaf is an easy dinner. Made with 1 cube butter, 2 c. long grain white rice (not instant), 4 c. chicken broth, 1/2 c. vermicelli and 1 tbsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Melt butter in heavy pan.
Break vermicelli into small pieces; saute in butter until golden brown, stirring constantly.
Add rice; keep stirring until rice is well coated, 2 to 3 minutes. Add boiling chicken broth and salt.
Cook, covered, on medium-low heat for 20 minutes, until liquid is absorbed.
Fluff with fork. Serves 8.
